You should receive a reply about having a blogspot address and a claim code but you can change it later to your own blog later on.
Go to http://www.blogger.com/mobile-start.g then enter the code you had received from number 2.
Finish! You're now registered!

No internet or GPRS connection needed, blogging is a text a way.
